Plant records for Carmarthenshire should be sent to Richard Pryce who is the county recorder.
Records for Pembrokeshire should be sent to Stephen Evans the county recorder for Pembrokeshire.
Arthur Chater is the county recorder for Ceredigion so any plant records for this county should be sent to him.
